About

Cream of Caroline is a casserole lifestyle podcast that brings together people over hot, bubbly casserole. Now in its third season, host Caroline Hatchett will cook from James Beard’s 1955 Casserole Cook Book and feed her guests after they discuss topics ranging from hot dogs and romance to food justice and entrepreneurship. Cream of Caroline will have a regular cast of characters drop by the show to deliver national casserole news, cooking tips, and more.

Caroline hails from Duke’s Mayonnaise country (aka South Georgia) and was raised on more casseroles than her mother cares to admit. She’s a graduate of the University of Georgia and has a swanky certificate from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Caroline worked as a prep and line cook in college and was fired from her last restaurant serving job in 2005. Thankfully, she found more success in media at Zagat, Wax Communications, and most recently StarChefs, for which she was editor and programming director for eight years.

Caroline lives in New York City with her husband William and their very hungry French bulldog, Bruno.
